The steel coolant nozzle from SCS Corporation, made of stainless steel, does not shift due to high-pressure coolant pressure, vibrations, or impacts from chips. It can continuously supply coolant in a pinpoint manner while maintaining its position. 【Features】 ● Maintains position without shifting even with vibrations, pressure, or contact with chips during coolant supply ● High corrosion resistance due to stainless steel construction ● Compatible with water-soluble, oil, and air processing ● Can withstand pressures up to 150 MPa ● Can be installed by hand tightening up to 2 MPa (for pressures above 2 MPa, a dedicated wrench is required) ● Four types of lineups available according to required flow rate (Nozzle inner diameters: φ3, φ6, φ10.5, φ16) Additionally, because it can supply coolant in a pinpoint manner without shifting, improvements in finishing accuracy and tool longevity can also be expected. ◎ For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us!

[Case Study] Introduction of tapping processing using horizontal machining!! - Before Improvement For taps with short protrusions, it was difficult to aim for a pinpoint from the upper side of the tool's groove due to water splashing on the arbor or workpiece. - After Improvement By using elbows and conversion joints to avoid interference with the ATC and tool temporary storage, and by allowing for flexible bending, we were able to hit the target area precisely. Successfully cooled the tool and workpiece at pinpoint locations. This led to improved finishing of the workpiece and extended tool life.
